•  Payment is due in full when placing order.

•  50% will be refunded if you cancel 5 days before your order is due. If you cancel 14 days before your order is due, a full refund will be given. (Wedding cakes are not included in this. They have their own defined policy within the contract.)

•  All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves me. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set up, or any time thereafter. You will be given instruction on how to carry, transport and store your cake. Keep in mind cakes are very fragile and damage can happen if not handled properly.

•   No refund will be given if your order isn't picked up at the agreed upon date and time: We will work with you the best we can to get set up another time within 24 hours. After that the cake will be donated or discarded.

•  I cannot make exact copies of other people's cakes, so any pictures provided are used for style, color, or design inspiration only.
